Our Blueberry and Raspberry Porridge is high in fiber and a natural source of omega-3-fatty acids.

An authentic blueberry and raspberry porridge with equal measures of blueberries (bilberries - the Nordic blueberry) and raspberries. The flavour is balanced through the addition of apples and it is heartier thanks to the addition of gluten-free oats. As with all of our porridges, a dash of rapeseed/canola oil is added for the sake of essential fats. It is a fresh and delicious porridge to serve just as it is.

Ingredients: Organic apple juice (not from concentrate) 26%, organic raspberries 21%, organic blueberries (bilberries) 21%, organic apples 20,5%, organic gluten-free OATmeal 8%, organic rapeseed (canola) oil 3,5%.

Our Organic Blueberry & Raspberry Porridge is high in fiber and a natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are needed for normal growth and development of children. It contains 0,4 g α-linolenic acid (ALA) and 1,0 linoleic acid (LA). The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA and 10 g of LA.
