This vegetarian meal is made on a vegetarian base of red lentils and white quinoa, which have made our meal a natural source of protein. We have then sautéed onions in rapeseed (canola) oil and combined this vegetarian base with butternut squash, creamy coconut milk, soft sweet potatoes and a little bullion. Finally, we have topped it all off with a pinch of ginger.
