A yummy meal made with lentil pasta, tomato sauce with red lentils, parsnips, peppers, zucchini and onions. The lentils, oats and lentil pasta are sources of protein and provide long-lasting energy. The lentil pasta gives the lasagna a good texture with a bit of chewing resistance for small food adventurers. Seasoned with basil and garlic.
We have added our own, cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Gunnarshög's farm in Österlen, Sweden, so that your child will get essential fatty acids such as omega 3 and omega 6.
