NEW! Gruel & porridge

Our complete porridges and gruels are made from whole grains from cultivated cereals grown on farms in Sörmland. The whole grain is hydrothermally treated, which is a gentle method developed by Good Grains and Swedish researchers where water and heat are used to make more of the grain's natural nutrition available. They are also low in sugar, derived solely from naturally occurring sugars.
