Refund policy

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal as long as the order has not left our warehouse, which is normally within 1-2 working days after an order has been placed ("Cancellation Period"). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in Sweden. Please note that the right to a 14-day period for your withdrawal, which is normally applicable when shopping online, does not apply to baby food due to food safety regulations.
