We will use reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of any information we place on this website, but make no warranties, either express or implied, that it is accurate, complete or current. Applicable law

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law and any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court or equivalent.

Alex&Phil AB - Terms of sale

Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing an order and keep a copy of these terms and your order for future reference.

1. Establishment of purchase contract

1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to goods supplied by Alex&Phil AB, registered in Sweden with company number 559018-0195 and with registered office at Sicklastråket 25, 131 54 Nacka, Sweden ("ALEX&PHIL").

1.2 There is no contract between you and ALEX&PHIL for the sale of goods until ALEX&PHIL has received and accepted your order and sends a confirmation by letter or email to the address or email address you have provided. When ALEX&PHIL does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.

1.3 The contract is subject to your right of withdrawal if you are a consumer (see 5.1 and 5.2 below).

2 Description, specification and price of the goods

2.1 The description , specification and price of the goods you order will be displayed on the ALEX&PHIL website when you place your order. All our products are suitable for children aged six (6) months and older. Young children should only use our products under the supervision of an adult. Always follow the instructions on the back of our products.

2.2 All sales are subject to product availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available in stock upon receipt of your order, ALEX&PHIL will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit you for any amounts paid by you or debited from your chosen payment method for the goods.

2.3 ALEX&PHIL's policy is to continuously improve its products and therefore reserves the right to make minor technical changes to the specification of the products without affecting their then current function, quality or price.

2.4 Every effort will be made to ensure that the prices displayed on the ALEX&PHIL website are correct at the time of ordering. If an error is found, ALEX&PHIL will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If you cancel, ALEX&PHIL will refund or credit you for the amount paid by you or debited from your chosen payment method for the goods.

2.5 In addition to the price of the Goods, you will normally pay a delivery charge for the Goods, which will be displayed in the checkout section of the ALEX&PHIL website before you complete your order.

2.6 The price of the goods displayed on the ALEX&PHIL website is always inclusive of VAT.

2.7 When the goods are delivered for export from Sweden, you may be responsible for shipping charges as agreed with ALEX&PHIL, and responsible for complying with any laws or regulations governing the import of the goods into the country of destination and for the payment of duties on them.

2.8 The use of discount codes, coupon codes and similar discounts must be indicated at checkout and cannot be claimed after an order has been placed. Products that are on sale will be clearly displayed as discounted with the regular price crossed out and the new discounted sales price next to it in red.

3. payment

3.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any of the methods shown on the ALEX&PHIL website when you place your order.

3.2 ALEX&PHIL offers Card, Apple Pay, Google pay, Shop pay, PayPal and Klarna Checkout as payment methods. After identification at the checkout, Klarna Checkout displays the payment options that can be offered to you. You select your preferred payment option when you complete your purchase at checkout. The amount of the order is reserved by Klarna on card purchases until the order has been packed and shipped by the warehouse. For invoice purchases, the invoice is sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase, once the warehouse has packed and shipped your order.

4. delivery

4.1The goods you order will be delivered according to the shipping method you have chosen at checkout.

4.2 If delivery cannot be made by the chosen shipping option, ALEX&PHIL will inform you as soon as possible and propose a new option or refund or credit the amount paid by you or charged to you from your chosen payment method.

4.3 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any case within 30 days of your order. If ALEX&PHIL cannot deliver the goods within 30 days of your order, ALEX&PHIL will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund or credit for the amount paid by you or debited from your chosen payment method. ALEX&PHIL will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

4.4 You become the owner of the goods you have ordered and are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.

5 Right of withdrawal and cancellation

5.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal as long as the order has not left our warehouse, which is normally within 1-2 working days after an order has been placed (the "Cancellation Period"). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in Sweden. Please note that the right to a 14 day period for your withdrawal, which is normally applicable when shopping online, does not apply to baby food due to food safety regulations.

5.2 If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of sending your order, you can cancel the contract and we will refund you any money you have already paid.

5.3 Once you have notified ALEX&PHIL that you are canceling the contract, ALEX&PHIL will refund or credit you within 30 days for amounts paid by you or debited from your chosen payment method.

6. complaints

6.1 Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please check your order when you receive it. If you find any defect or damage, you must inform us as soon as possible and at most within 30 days of receiving your order. You must then return the goods to us for inspection. If on inspection the goods are found to be damaged, faulty or defective, we will send you a replacement or refund the price paid, including any shipping. This does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from normal wear and tear, deliberate damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party. Please note that you should never feed your child a damaged or defective product.

6.2 If we deliver different products than you ordered, you can keep the incorrectly delivered items and we will send the original order at no extra cost.

7. guarantee and liability

7.1 ALEX&PHIL's products are of high quality and suitable for the purpose for which goods of this kind are usually supplied and in accordance with the recommendations indicated on the packaging and otherwise by national authorities and institutions, such as the National Food Agency.

7.2 If something does turn out to be wrong, our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods plus any refund of delivery costs. We cannot be held responsible for any indirect losses you may suffer, such as loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption.

7.3 This does not in any way exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or for anything for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

8. data protection

8.1 ALEX&PHIL will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless ALEX&PHIL is negligent, ALEX&PHIL will not be liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.

8.2 ALEX&PHIL will only use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your order, unless you agree otherwise. You can correct any information about you on the "My Account" page after you have logged in.

8.3 ALEX&PHIL would like to notify you of similar products and offers that may be of interest to you from time to time. If you want to be notified of these, you have the option to choose how we can contact you once you have placed an order. If you no longer wish to be notified of these, they can be canceled through your "My Account" or by sending us an email to info@alexphil.se from the email account you have registered with us.

8.4 ALEX&PHIL reserves the right to use customer comments, reviews and statistics derived from customer feedback on an anonymous basis.
